To equip the Body of Christ, and those who lead her, with the heart and skills of Spirit-empowered coaching.

Our Vision

To build an apostolic Christian coach training organization for raising up an army of well-trained, Spirit-empowered coaches who are equipped to serve in their respective spheres of influence with great impact for extending the Kingdom of Heaven.

Our Core Values

The following qualities, values and practices are those which mark Kingdom Coaching Institute. Some are inherent within the discipline of coaching in general. Others are unique to KCI. All of them are values and practices we endeavour to live and demonstrate in our training and personal coaching. The combination of these attributes contributes to the uniqueness Kingdom Coaching Institute brings to the coaching world.

Honor:  Expressing a deep respect for all individuals.

Empowerment:  Permission to and an expectancy that a person will move toward their potential.

Positive View of People:  People are made in God’s image and are objects of His love.

Transformation:  Deep, lasting change that is the work of the Holy Spirit.

Process:  God is in the process as much as He is in the breakthrough.

Positive View of God:  He is good and in a good mood.

Identity:  An individual’s full potential is tied directly to their identity in Christ.

Heart Engagement:  (Transformation from the Inside Out)  We are about heart transformation that leads to new behaviour. Our focus is not simply on external performance.

Presence of God:  Stewarding God’s presence in our own life and in coaching conversations. God’s manifest presence makes all the difference in the world.

Partnering with the Holy Spirit:  Stewarding the promptings and gifts of the Spirit in coaching conversations; accessing the wisdom and understanding of the Holy Spirit for being informed on what we may ask vs. what we should tell.

Encounters:  Leading those we coach and train into encounters with God.

Power: The deeply held belief in the power of God for individuals to experience His love and transformation.

Impartation:  Releasing what we carry for the benefit of those we train and coach.

Activation:  Giving opportunity for others to step up and into new levels of God’s grace on their life.
