Certification Requirements
Marrying core coaching competencies as recognized by International Coaching Federation (ICF) with the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, Kingdom Coaching Institute has created a robust training program offering a certificate as a Certified Transformational Coach (CTC) upon successful completion. The focus of our training is equipping students in the skills, mindset, and process of coaching with an emphasis on personal life development in Christ.
We highly value excellence, authenticity, hosting God’s presence and partnering with the Spirit of God in all of our training and coaching, while staying true to the coach approach.
As in any quality training program there are a number of requirements needed to earn the CTC certificate. We believe it is important for our students to be properly trained and able to demonstrate a measurable level of competence in the coach approach in order to earn the privilege of becoming certified.
Coaching is a skill best achieved through an experiential learning process combining explanation, demonstration, debriefing, practice, and feedback. All of our training courses are built upon this format.

1 - Enroll
Enroll in the Certified Transformational Coach (CTC) Program.
2 - Complete the Required Courses

3 - Fulfill Required Coaching Practice
60 hours of documented coaching practice.
(At least 30 must be paid)
4 - Conduct a final live coaching session
Graded by Coaching Mentor
5 - Complete the final written exams
