Peer Coaching Cohort

Want to build your confidence and skills as a coach but can’t seem to find clients?

We can help. Join us for the next peer coaching cohort get paired with a peer coach to gain 1:1 weekly coaching practice and receive coaching in return. Reciprocal coaching counts as paid coaching hours towards your Kingdom Coaching Certification.

Our Peer Coaching Cohort program has been developed to assist coaches and coaches-in-training in building coaching hours while growing their coaching competence.

The Details

1. Get paired with a peer who has professional coach training in your same time zone
2. Coach each other for 3 months and earn up to 10 paid hours/quarter
3. Build your skill, confidence and receive trained coaching in return

Time Commitment: Three months (10 weeks / 10 hours)
• Earn 10 hours if you give and receive coaching for an hour / week
• Earn 5 hours if you want to invest 1 hour a week to trade off coaching

Requirements to Participate: Completion of the KCI program Foundations of Coaching or an equivalent live, three month coach training program.
